1. Nowhere in this clip from Forbes did McConnell use the frequently bandied about word, "insurrection." What happened on January 6 was NOT an "insurrection." It was a "breach." And the big crimes committed appear to be limited to some theft, vandalism, destruction of property. All serious but, again, nothing that merits the use of the word "insurrection," nor of some of those being held kept jailed so long, and so long in isolation. We have Constitutional protections from that sort of thing.
