I previously posted about Gubernatorial candidate Vernon Jones jumping on the audit train after his competition, Dr. Kandiss Taylor, gained traction from it.
He never said word one about it until after that.
Now we have this: he demanded the governor conduct the audit and promised that if the governor does not do so, he, Vernon Jones, will after he takes office.
Ok. This is further proof this is all to get votes.
1. If he'd actually checked into real audits, he'd know his promise could not be kept.
2. This is because, and I'll let you do the math here, the ballots must be retained for 22 months after the election. They are destroyed after that.
So, add 22 months to November 2020. If he won his race, what month and year would be his first in office? (HINT: the election will be held on November 8, 2022.) See the problem?
People are all over supporting Vernon Jones because of his statement ... and not actually seeing or hearing or thinking.
Even people reporting it are not catching this ...
