Plaintiff Bill Bailey is an amazing man. Following the hearing today, which resulted in a dismissal, he hopped online to offer encouragement to US when it should have been us offering encouragement to HIM.
He is so upbeat. He and attorney Matt DePerno hoped for the best but prepared for the worst. The case goes on and there is so much more evidence coming to light constantly.
These good men have been under threat of life and limb and continue to fight this fight. DePerno's office was even broken into, and he has not stopped representing Bailey, or the people, in this matter.
I am not a big fan of attorneys in general, but I so admire and respect Matt DePerno!
