I don't thank people for tossing power over to the adversary like it's a hot potato, rather than holding onto it when they have it.
I don't thank people for giving the adversary not only a detailed head's up, but adequate time to get stories straight, concoct or destroy evidence, lawyer up, get out ahead of it, and control the narrative.

Who leaked it? That is unknown.
She could have leaked it, but to what end? To look nice? To look like she has things well in hand? (That letter shows she doesn't)
No matter how you spin it, it does not reflect well on her.
